In my current position as an Inside Sales Engineering, I am responsible for the internal sales and customer communication regarding our products and their performance. I deal with the quoting/sales order processes for our customers needing spare parts, troubleshooting/technical support for basic level inquiries, engineering support for our customers and department, as well as internal system management and data collection.

I was responsible for a variety of different jobs as an intern, switching out roles for new experiences consistently. I was initially hired to help with engineering processes and develop footage for our marketing from tests, but quickly gained experience working in our manufacturing department, creating custom brochure layouts for our products and their features in Adobe, and working through internal system layouts to create a more organized and accurate filing processes for our media and picture records.

I worked as a stocking associate for Walmart for almost 2 years, where I learned a lot of essential processes for retail. I was responsible for unloading trucks of general merchandising, organizing/palletizing the merchandise for different departments, stocking shelves, and counting inventory. I also worked temporarily as a Deli Associate, where I received hands-on experience in dealing with food and food preparation for customers.
