Zach provides construction management services for a variety of projects that include dredging, marine infrastructure, and marine contaminate remediation. Zach is experienced in working alongside local, state and federal government, as well as private industry. Zach has demonstrated experience in creation of engineering plans, specifications, and understands how to interpret these documents. Responsibilities include engineering inspection, client-contractor communication, reviewing submittals, preparing proposals, cost estimating, and project budgeting.
