Marine Attack Squadron 311Managed 11 maintenance divisions comprising over 220 Marines ensuring proper deployment staffing, qualifications, and licensing in support of a Special Marine Air & Ground Task Force. Supervised the Maintenance Department’s adherence to the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program guidelines during all maintenance actions, operations and qualifications.Coordinated the reduction of the Marine Air Group’s AV-8B Harrier manpower by 30% as the Group transitioned to the F-35 type model series (TMS) aircraft.
