Direct Responsibilities:- Provide manufacturing quality assurance support to two fill/finish process lines manufacturing commercial / clinical trial small and large molecule drug products within Lilly's Oncology, Diabetes, Immunology, and Neuroscience therapeutic areas- Execute batch review and disposition for parenteral manufacturing records, assuring batch conformance to validated processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with any found non-conformances identified and resolved prior to forward processing the batch to subsequent process steps- Lead and review quality-related manufacturing non-conformance investigations, assess CAPA implementation and effectiveness- Review, approve, and continuously improve SOPs to ensure shop floor practice is in accordance with local and global procedural requirements- Participate in continuous improvement Kaizens within areas of continuous manufacturing, line clearance, and daily management system (DMS) implementation- Computer Systems Quality Assurance (CSQA) certified, Change Management OwnerLeadership Experience:- Successfully planned and coordinated a project and maintenance shutdown, leading a cross-functional team representing functional areas across the site towards on-time execution of maintenance activities, project implementation, and production area recovery to meet operational deadlines- Summer 2020 Quality Assurance Intern Supervisor- Onboarding Committee member for Lilly Engineering New Hire Network (Ignite), with responsibilities of planning annual engineering onboarding day and maintenance and improvement of Ignite website- Manufacturing and Quality Intern Steering Team (MQIST) member, responsible for coordination of M&Q intern program events- Participated in the Purdue Bound Intern Supervisor program, providing a month-long internship for a high school student interested in learning more about manufacturing careers and challenges for career exploration purposes
