I have a BS in Computer Engineering from The University of Kansas and an MS in Computer Science from The University of Colorado Boulder. After a brief stint of software engineering at Invitae, I joined a crypto project that ended up becoming Special Mechanisms Group. This project gave me an opportunity to take charge of many aspects of my own work and grow as a software engineer. My favorite part of Software Engineering is the problem solving. I love tackling a new, hard task that really makes me sit down and think. I want to be challenged with my work. There's nothing more satisfying in my work than when I get to explore new data structures, algorithms, or concepts and apply them to the task at hand.Outside of work, you can find me playing soccer, skiing, in the gym, or reading.
