- Sourced and managed candidate pipelines for an average of 40 roles at a time in the Sales (primarily Global Customer Solutions, Channel Sales, and New Business roles) and Legal space (primarily Counsel, Policy, and Operational roles) with over 33,000 candidates reviewed, yielding over 100 offers extended and 99 offers accepted between Q4 2018 - Q3 2020- Efficiently & thoroughly review 300 - 700 applications from online applicants weekly, consistently exceeding expected quotas & timelines- Partner with recruiters, sourcers, & hiring managers, providing individualized processes for each team- Consulted hiring managers when creating external job postings, ensuring compliance and appropriate candidate attraction- Create new processes that decrease time to hire, while increasing a robust and diverse pipeline- Lead and mentor team members on partnerships, process, and cross -functional best practices as the point of contact for the sales pod- Cross train to assist teammates with volume in other business areas- Assist the onboarding committee by leading trainings on how to effectively use the team's data dashboard
