On-site specialist at customer’s Denver, CO location. (Ford Motor Company) Oversaw all outbound shipments, and ensured the on-time release of all routes. Recorded, monitored, and distributed daily, weekly and monthly metrics. Personally responsible for all hazardous and export material shipments and preparation in accordance with D.O.T. and I.A.T.A. guidelines. Worked closely with the local Ford management team to institute more efficient procedures ensuring the highest on time release per building in the network Assisted with the redesign of the loading dock layout. This directly resulted in our exceptional on time release statistic. Designed processes using Access and Excel that linked with data in SAP to fill gaps in load confirmation tools allowing the loaders to confirm contents before departure. This resulted in improved accuracy throughout the Denver dealership network. Worked closely with, and was the single point of contact for the Emergency order carriers, FedEx and DHL. Ensured fulfillment and relayed tracking to the customer.
