- Approve or reject information submitted by subcontractors and follow up as needed to obtain required information in a timely fashion to optimize turnaround time and meet customer expectations- Use information submitted from subcontractors to create an initial quote that is subsequently submitted to the service team for final processing and delivery to Customer- Send, receive, and respond to questions from technicians and Customers to quote details and escalates issues / questions when appropriate; communicates with others via phone, email and other communication applications- Negotiate rates and cost of material with subcontractor- KPIs include: Win / loss ratios, Gross Profit (GP) $ achievement, quality assurance scores, data accuracy, and submission timeliness- Responsible for quoting service requests totaling over $200k per week generating 8-figure revenue amounts annually

- Manage work orders specific to TrueSource's highest value customer of $50 million annual revenue- Coordinate work orders specific to TrueSource's highest volume subcontractor handling ~500 jobs per month- Use Salesforce and Microsoft Excel to formulate data and monitor performance of subcontractor affiliates- Evaluate profit margins on labor and parts work orders and adjust as needed to meet target margins- Create tables, spreadsheets, and other reports in Excel for review by management- Speak with customers and subcontractors via phone and email to schedule jobs and answer inquiries- Troubleshoot with subcontractors via phone and email to solve technical problems with mobile app and/or web portals

Work with a network of subcontractors to ensure all jobs and customer deadlines are met by following customer-specific guidelines and internal procedures.Work with identified affiliates to ensure work is completed timely and within customer expectations.Communicate all short and long-term affiliate service issues in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner, resolving them according to all relevant protocols.Input data and maintain proper documentation of all facets of the role using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
