Mr. Stacy has over 16 years of experience in the field of civil engineering. His experience includes hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, drainage design, erosion and sediment control design, stormwater management, hydraulic modeling, bridge hydraulics, scour analysis, roadway design, site planning, site design and GIS analysis. His transportation design experience includes the design of culverts of all types, storm sewer systems, spread analysis, open channel flow, outflow energy dissipation measures, stormwater management basins for water quantity and quality control, energy balance, and preparation of detailed multi-phased erosion and sediment control plans. He has experience working in software for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and other various software packages including AutoCad, Civil 3D and associated Intelisolve drainage software, Microstation, Geopak, Open Roads Designer, HEC-RAS, XPSWMM, Pondpack, ArcMap, Hydroflow, HydroCad, StormCad, WaterCad, SewerCad, RiverCad, XMap, HY-8, and Win TR-55.
