I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors of Science in Public Health. My current areas of focus include mental and emotional health and wellness, meditation and mindfulness, trauma informed care, and spiritual health practices. I am a trained meditation teacher and MELT Method Instructor. Helping others avoid adverse mental health outcomes utilizing the approaches above as well as exploring mental and spiritual wellness has become a passion-filled journey.
