With over 10 years of experience in the Senior Living industry, I am a passionate and strategic operations leader who strives to deliver quality care, service, and satisfaction to the residents and their families. I have a strong background in psychology and nutrition, which enables me to understand the needs and preferences of the aging population and provide them with personalized and holistic solutions. I am currently the VP, Operations- Senior Living at Foundry Commercial, where I oversee, plan, and lead the day-to-day operations of multiple communities across the country.In my previous role as the Senior Director, Operations at Balfour Senior Living, I handled a wide range of operational functions and roles, including executive director, director of operations, policy and procedure development, implementation, customer satisfaction, pre-opening budgeting/financial management, licensing, problem resolution, regulatory compliance, and multi-site leadership. I ensured full community capacity by working collaboratively with resident advisors and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I also leveraged my skills in leadership, business process improvement, and team building to meet and exceed operational objectives and align with the company's mission and culture. I am proud of the positive impact I have made on the lives of the residents, their families, and the staff, and I look forward to continuing my journey of growth and learning in the Senior Living industry.
