I am a dedicated professional that would be a strong candidate for any job. For the past eight years in education, I have continued to develop my skills and passion to strive for excellence. Throughout my years in education, I have served many students of numerous socioeconomic backgrounds. The diverse learning styles that walk into the classroom challenge me to approach the learning environment with flexibility. My morals enable me to see each student as a gift to nurture them in a positive and ethical manner. I strive to approach my calling daily with a positive attitude to develop growth mindsets. I have grown in the skills of: professionalism, managing, communication, problem solving, critical thinking, organization, collaboration, researching and writing, among others. These skills are not only developed within the classroom, but also through managing various extra-curricular activities. I have taken initiative to invest time and energy to expand various after-school programs to afford students numerous opportunities to cultivate their gifts and talents. These talents are utilized daily in my professional teaching experiences and would be implemented every day.
