Designs, implements and maintains network configurations. Maintains RMF servers for the MTC. Builds, maintains and configures all RMF Servers. Applies advanced troubleshooting skills necessary to manage MCS and other related system software issues. Provides IT Technical Support for the MTC and its functional training teams. Manages MCS and other related systems with IAVAs and updates. Provides units with a simulation training environment utilizing government provided hardware and software configured to fulfill the needs of a simulation control plan. Assists team members in the installation, configuration and operation of the operating system(s), security and simulation software necessary to the training environment; assists units with power hookup on pads. Responsible for TCP/IP networks and protocols. Tracks and reports system/software anomalies that are reported to system developers for corrections. Maintains necessary information assurance protocols on stimulation/simulation systems that includes but not limited to: System lockdown procedures, operating system patches, and stimulation/simulation software patches. Reviews STIGS and Best Business Practices (BBPs) to ensure that all Network equipment meet the required Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Army and DoD Standards. Analyzes progress and develop necessary recovery plans and/or alternatives. Ensures adherence to Company and Site Policies, Practices and Procedures Safeguard and maintain Government furnished equipment, materials and facilities. Coordinate required safety information through direct coordination with government leadership. Ensure that Government and contract guidelines, regulations, policies and standards are complied with. Ensures Implementation of ISO quality standards.

Serve as the local hardware, software and functional expert for MRF Technical Control Forward, WARSIM-BDE, WIM, JLVC/ERF, Low Overhead Stimulation (MCST, ALOTT, ILOD etc.), and ERF to answer questions concerning operation of the system and to troubleshoot problems and provide configuration management on software/hardware systems.I maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas, to include, but not limited to FIRESIM, JCATS, JDLM, MUSE, SIMPLE.

• Infantrymen team leader, successfully trained in combat readiness, weapons training, martial arts, tactics. •Trained with DASGs and MPs. Took part in a 6 month security detail to guard and secure critical military installations and personnel in the national capital region. • Weapons Squad Team leader, successfully deployed a machine gun team, trained lower enlisted on weapons and tactics of a machine gun team. • Served as the face of the Army, entertaining over 250,000 people nationwide including the President of the United States, The Army Chief of Staff, The Secretary of the Army and numerous foreign dignitaries.• Trained personnel to be a part of the arrival ceremony for dignitaries visiting the United States from their home country• Performed full honors funerals in Arlington National Cemetery.• Remained proficient in Infantry tactics with continuous training.• Led and trained a team of six other soldiers in Infantry tactics and Ceremonial duties.
