Reporting directly to the Director Of Operations I provided leadership and support to all retail employee's within my department while maintaining the company's overall vision. While in this role I had a multitude of responsibilities. I analyzed and monitored a high volume of sales in a retail setting seeing over 400 customers daily. Maintained records and successfully balanced finances of close to 1 million dollars per month while working closely with our accounting department to continually develop forward thinking practices in an all cash business. Assisted in leading the overall development of our Standard operating procedures and created training modules for each department to efficiently lead the growth of sales and success of each position and sub-department. My tenure here increased my knowledge of many compliance and local jurisdiction laws within my industry as well as a multitude of software and analytical programs.A few major accomplishments;Increased a failing customer success rating consistently by 5% - each month by developing language and relations strategies with sales associates to implement during the time of sale. At this time I was also able to increase our Customer retention by developing more in store brand awareness through product education and hands on employee training. During the last two years on average my department has increased our ARPC by an 12% year over year and an average of 5% month over month.Working closely with our finance team and our Director of operations I developed an employee incentive program that allowed me to meet or exceed projections for the last two years. This program also increased our overall profit margins as it involved a keen focus on in-house brands from our own vertical manufacturing facility.

We Are A.L.I.V.E. was the brain child of myself and a few close colleagues. As a recognized 501c3 non-profit we worked together to build a community outreach program that focused on youth and an increasing dropout rate. We developed a network of educators who we're willing to volunteer time to organization to develop specific tutoring programs to help under privileged youth in the valley obtain a higher education.My role consisted of a multitude of specific functions within our organization some of the most important being, community liaison work with county officials to obtain permits for special public events. I also coordinated large national music acts and public speakers to attend these events and perform as a tool to raise money for kids enrolled in our program. As an avid musician and an individual with a thirst for knowledge I genuinely wanted to inspire and encourage others to build healthy and forward thinking habits that would build long lasting changes within our community. Over the course of my tenure their we decreased our high school drop out rate by more than 25% and we're able to raise money to save many under funded and failing after school programs. We obtained scholarships for many of our clients through state funded grants and overall built a lasting communal outreach program that Accepted, Loved, Inspired, Vindicated and Encouraged many youth within southern Nevada.

As materials lead I assisted multiple foreman's and job leaders in exercising skills to produce the lowest possible overhead cost for multiple different commercial and residential jobs. During my first year in this role I was able to bring our materials cost down to an overall 30% by building a large network of supply chains. That same year our overall waste maintained a 27% lower average then years prior.
