Receive inbound calls, chats, and web tickets from customers who are experiencing issues with their High-Speed Data, Voice, and TV services. Troubleshoot customer issues with their services and provide resolution or restoration of services. Provide effective technical support for issues with services and equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. Possess a thorough understanding of how Packet Cable and Fiber internet services function, as well as how IPTV and HFC TV services work. Possess a thorough understanding of how VOIP and Copper voice service function. Diagnose issues for customer’s services by remotely accessing the equipment and restoring services. Maintain all KPI and Metric goals while providing top-tier customer Service.

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring. Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved and to identify performance-related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, and implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment. Ensure service delivered to clients meets contractual KPIs’ and financial expectations. Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.

Provide excellent customer service to all callers. Answer questions and provide solutions to any issues callers may have over the phone. Maintain and meet client’s contractual KPIs week over week and pass all quality evaluations. Ensure that the caller’s experience is the best it can be and maintain high SNPS scores.

Greets and serves guests, prepares food, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, handles and processes light paperwork, unloads truck delivers and rotates storage, and operates a POS and handles transactions.
