* Generate new leads for Little Sprouts enrollment.* Monitor and fulfill Little Sprouts family and friend referral program. Determine opportunities to innovate and improve program.* Organize and assemble sales and marketing materials and maintain inventory.* Research, secure and supervise accounts for Little Sprouts’ “Power Partner” program for corporate referrals as a source of new leads.* Support digital marketing initiatives including the littlesprouts.com website, directory listings, advertising activities, social media, and email blasts.* Identify experiential marketing opportunities and coordinate events (external and internal). May attend key discipline conferences and events tied to their areas of responsibility.* Supervise advertising creative development and production with considerable attention to detail.* Write, coordinate, monitor, and maintain marketing tools for communication including email blasts, press releases, and media requests.* Track sales and marketing spending through invoice processing and budget tracking.* Report periodically on marketing performance to determine drivers for tactical optimization and innovation initiatives.* Manage external agency and supplier partners in executing the marketing plans.* Communicate the status of the marketing plan clearly and effectively to all stakeholders and work strategically to drive the plan.* Provide occasional phone and web sales support to acquire new leads.* Complete other duties as assigned to meet company goals.

• Edit and review written and video materials quickly and effectively; compose reports to reflect client’s needs; proofread and edit for grammatical errors, and rearrange formulas.• Review editing department workload (videos and written materials) on a daily basis and prioritize based on client needs; organize, manage and delegate materials to editing staff for review.• Mentor editing department staff and provide constructive feedback to improve and maximize turnaround. • Assist management and executive staff with presentations, compiling materials, and creating PowerPoint presentations for potential clients and marketing staff. • Effectively communicate within all departments (executive, management, editing and investigative staff). • Present at monthly staff meetings, providing updates and effective conflict management.• Assist management staff in screening for potential candidates, employee reviews, and interview process.• Create and maintain daily schedules for editing department staff; manage overtime hours based on client needs.• Cross train employees within organization to maximize efficiency.• Utilize social media to provide investigations with maximum amount of background information. • Proactively change priorities based on management and client needs in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. • Maintain prior responsibilities of quality assurance role.
