Hi! I'm Zach. My work in Talent Acquisition affords me the opportunity to leverage my marketing background and my passion for people to deliver real business impact. I geek out on building data-driven recruiting strategies for growing teams, but at the end of the day, I just love helping connect the next batch of world changers with opportunities that will allow them to do just that — change the world.I cut my teeth at the place responsible for building the industry’s best recruiting tools, LinkedIn. After completing LinkedIn's best-in-class recruiter apprenticeship program, I had the privilege to work with the fast-growing telemedicine company, Doctor on Demand (Now Included Health). There I worked to massively scale their Behavioral Health recruiting efforts during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
