Every day tasks include overall management of our semi-finished goods inventory which consists of over 500,000 pounds of HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film, managing and maintaining Packaging and Raw Materials, and Shipping. I always seek to improve our processes in order to streamline and simplify our workflow. In order to maintain a clean, efficient, and proper amount of inventory, communications with employees of every level must be made; this includes plant managers, VPs, and forklift drivers. Special projects take up most of work days in which improvement processes to our supply chain and management are made.
