Responsible for leading high school students that serve on the Blue Ridge Community Church Youth Band, and Technical Arts team in both personal, and educational spheres. Was also responsible for creating engaging Youth services, maintaining ministry equipment (stage, instruments, and software systems). Filmed, produced, and edited visual elements such as images, flyers, and artistic video elements.

Facilitates smooth function of a café during opening, closing, and shift changes, while ensuring that customer service and product quality consistently exceeds expectations. Delegates tasks to coworkers, ensures customers leave satisfied, and both of said groups are seen, heard, and engaged.

Paid summer internship focused around training the next generation of Church and christian thought influencers. In the Worship focus, I trained, worked, and lead different facets of a multi-site church's music ministry. Internship resulted in gaining responsibilities within the organization on a volunteer basis extending through the internship's conclusion.
