I coached a group of 20+ young players, positively coaching them through my personal experiences with the game of baseball. I enjoyed the hours I spent giving back to young athletes in my community, allowing myself to be put in their shoes. Between the ages of 8-13, every athlete desires guidance and quality coaching. By the end of camp, each one of my players had grown as a leader and understood the importance of hard work. Important life qualities are built through effective guidance.
