Atlante Partners focuses on finding, attracting, developing and retaining talented professionals within the insurance industry who can contribute to the future growth, profitability and eventual perpetuation of our agency partners.​Attracting raw talent into our industry and providing them with development opportunities acts as the foundation for achieving consistent high organic growth. Atlante goes beyond simply finding people and works closely with agencies in overcoming the challenges and leveraging the opportunities associated with developing college recruits and other young professionals.

- Oversaw HR, IT, Admin and Recruiting teams as well as being responsible for marketing, financial forecasting, and other administrative functions across 30 locations and more than 300 employees- Launched recruiting team placing 37 individuals including 8 CL Account Managers, 19 Producers and 10 additional staff members- Created new cross-business unit sales team consisting of 9 entry-level sales professionals- Advised president regarding strategic matters across all corporate functions and business units
