Supervised two major construction projects including lease negotiation and coordination of multiple contractor teams. Worked on contract with Nuvara, providing consultation and written marketing content for a major nonprofit organization's initial web3 activation.

I provided total support for the Director in both a remote and field setting. This including mastering the grant writing, trip planning. budget planning and execution processes end to end, so that I could shoulder as much of the administrative and tactical weight as possible for the department. During the course of my tenure I adapted to a changing list of work responsibilities, gave content creation support to the Marketing team, and provided strategic capacity during transitional periods. I demonstrated independent responsibilities and initiative in a remote-first environment which required connection to multiple stakeholders across the world.

I supported multiple faculty during the standup of a brand new academic department. This role changed moment to moment, involving diverse administrative tasks, travel and event planning, hiring and management of staff, creation of processes involving new and existing technology, research and writing, and budgeting and expense management. I was known as a "wizard" who deescalated stressful situations and found solutions quickly.
