Mr. Graybill graduated from the George Washington University (GW) with a BS in Systems Engineering, and is currently perusing a graduate degree in Engineering Management from GW. He attended classes that covered model development, queueing theory, and simulation utilizing Simio and Excel. He developed an @RISK Model of the vaccination supply chain in Nigeria to simulate outcome of various government interventions looking to increase vaccine coverage and reduce cost.Through his various volunteer endeavors, he developed his teaching and mentoring skills. This has provided him an opportunity to leverage his effective communication skills with a diverse audience. During his academic career he developed his system engineering skills. He has put these engineering skills to practice throughout his internship at Noblis. The most valuable of these is the ability to develop new skills and to use constructive feedback to build new understanding.
