• SoCo Strategies is a Las Vegas based consulting firm. SoCo primarily manages political campaigns and consults candidates/ organizations on strategy, messaging and advertising methods. As a partner, I oversee every aspect of SoCo Strategies clients and contracts and expenses. In this role I have also focused on building and maintaining relationships with elected officials and members of the lobbying community • I oversee messaging and strategies for campaigns and directly supervise the candidate recruitment and training process. One of the key features of my position is to supervise and teach the campaign’s contractors and staff on the latest methods and technologies that are to be used in the field. I create budgets and arrange purchases for SoCo strategies as well as our multiple clients. Most importantly my responsibility is to advise and consult our client on all strategic, financial and messaging items.

Battleborn Strategies is a consulting firm founded in 2016. Battleborn primarily runs political campaigns and consults candidates and organization on property messaging and advertising methods. As Chief Executive Officer, I oversee every aspect of BattleBorn Strategies. I create budgets and arrange purchases for Battleborn as well as our multiple clients. I oversee messaging and strategies for campaigns and directly supervise the candidate recruitment and training process. One of the key features of my position is to supervise and train the campaign’s contractors and staff on the latest methods and technologies that are to be used in the field.

As state director my responsibilities were centered on building out and expanding an existing 501c3 from Oregon. I oversaw the recruitment and training and development for interns and volunteers. I also helped arrange and organize extensive summer courses for key individuals of the organization. I oversaw the groups Hispanic outreach in the area. I also helped maintain and train other employees on important meta data based software systems.

My responsibilities centered around canvassing for a political action committee in the 2016 presidential primaries. More specifically, I oversaw the groups Hispanic canvassing outreach in the area. I tracked key data points, survey responses and voter turnout for precinct within Clark County. I also helped maintain and train other employees on important meta data based software systems.

Costume Protective Services is a security firm that assists with multiple type of security needs. My responsibilities included assisting the Regional Director fulfill the needs of the contracts, schedule the employees shifts, acquire and supervise new clients. Working with the regional Director, I assisted in developing and implementing training programs. I was also responsible for the training of new agents that were assigned to my locations.
