In my recent job role, I held ultimate responsibility for collecting samples throughout paper mill and recycling plant to optimize chemical processes while tracking usage/effectiveness. Furthermore, I conducted a series of tests to ensure effective chemical usage in recycling plant and paper mill, such as conductivity, pH, water residual values (WRV), and chlorine residual testing.Following are my key achievements or most significant contributions:o Accomplished the company’s objectives by designing and deploying a permanent equipment and chemical storage facility using N.X. 10.0 solid modeling.o Completed day-to-day wet-end paper process conductivity and pH testing with 100% accuracy.o Restructured the organization of chemical inventory that increased positive customer interaction by giving customers generated chemical usage reports.
