- Implement the vision of the Vice President for Student Affairs in the management of the day-to-day operation of the division by coordinating responses, strategizing proactive outreach, and developing divisional policies that align with best practices - Supervise three areas of the division as delegated by the VPSA; including the Assistant Dean of Students, Assistant Dean for Residential Life, and Director of Student Activities, Involvement, and Leadership. - Serve as the Title IX Deputy Coordinator for students managing intake meetings, issuing supportive measures, and coordinating hearing procedures for cases alleging violations of the College’s Title IX Policy. - Direct the overall administration, leadership, and management of the student conduct process for academic integrity and community standards violations of the Wheaton College Honor Code- Chair the Threat Assessment Team and serve as a member of the College’s CARE Team- Collaborate with campus partners to review policies and protocols to align with best practices and address the needs of the community- Facilitate Emergency and Crisis response, including the coordination of the college’s incident review team and the development and implementation of the college’s emergency on-call system, protocols, and response- Co-advise the Student Government Association with the Associate Director of Student Activities, Involvement, and Leadership- Assist with leadership of key divisional initiatives including cross-divisional assessment, cross-divisional retention, professional development for staff, and student development leadership

- Serve as the COVID-19 Coordinator for the College- Supervise senior and mid-level director staff in areas of Care Management, Student Activities and Leadership, Sexual Violence Prevention, and COVID pandemic management - Direct the overall administration, leadership, and management of the student conduct system for academic and non-academic violations of the Wheaton College Honor Code and Code of Conduct, including maintaining student conduct records using the Maxient student conduct database system, in accordance with applicable policies, guidelines, and regulations- Provide consultation, training, outreach, and education to students, faculty, and staff on relevant issues pertaining to the Wheaton College Honor Code, Code of Conduct, and other community concerns- Assist with oversight of compliance with the Clery Act, Title IX, VAWA, Campus Save, and all college, state, and federal reporting as required that pertain to student conduct matters- Chair the Behavioral Incident Review and Threat Assessment cross-divisional team (Care Team) - Partner with the Director of Campus Safety, Associate Dean of Campus Life, and other stakeholders to coordinate the college’s emergency on-call system, protocols, and response to crises and critical incidents.

- Direct the division of Student Affairs (Residential Life, Student Activities, Involvement, and Leadership, the Center for Social Justice and Community Impact, the Center for Religious and Spiritual, and Counseling and Health Services), managing day-to-day operations and developing strategy to be proactive in addressing trends on campus.- Serve on the President’s Council and engage in the planning, management, and advancement of the College, contributing to quarterly reports to the Board of Trustees and report on the current trends and initiatives to enhance the student experience and engaging in strategic discussions and decisions around staffing, programs, and resources.- Co-chair the COVID-19 Management Team and Return to Campus Task Force (January 2020-Present) and successfully facilitated the reopening of the College for Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters while balancing evolving guidance, the health and safety of the community, and the student experience- Collaborate with other division leaders and senior managers to address issues on campus and develop proactive strategies to address culture, climate, and community concerns and trends including partnership with the First Generation and Low Income Student Task Force to develop a food pantry during breaks to address food insecurity- Collaborated with Director Campus Safety and other stakeholders to transition the Department of Campus Safety from a department of sworn police officers to a contracted security vendor.

- Direct the overall administration, leadership, and management of the student conduct system for academic and non-academic violations of the Wheaton College Honor Code and Code of Conduct, including maintaining student conduct records using the Maxient student conduct database system, in accordance with applicable policies, guidelines, and regulations and the implementation of Maxient in the summer of 2019.- Advise the College Hearing Board chair (a Student Government Association executive board member) in programming and traditional events centered around the Honor Code and education about the Honor Code and Code of Conduct on campus.- Provide consultation, training, outreach, and education to students, faculty, and staff on relevant issues pertaining to the Wheaton College Honor Code, Code of Conduct, and other community concerns- Assist with oversight of compliance with the Clery Act , Title IX, VAWA, Campus Save and all college, state, and federal reporting as required that pertain to student conduct matters- Chair the Behavioral Incident Review and Threat Assessment cross-divisional team (Care Team) - Partnered with the Director of Campus Safety, Associate Dean of Campus Life, and other stakeholders to develop and coordinate the college’s emergency on-call system, protocols and response to crises and critical incidents. - Partnered with the Senior Director for Compliance and Policy and other stakeholders to develop and implement the Bias Incident Prevention and Response Team in Fall 2019. - Coordinate the medical leave process and record-keeping of such leaves for the college, in conjunction with the Director of Counseling and Health Services and the Dean of Advising and Academic Success

- Coordinated and oversaw resolution of all responses to allegations of violations of the Student Code of Conduct as documented in incident reports by Residence Life staff, Public Safety Officers, Student Center employees, or other referring parties- Evaluated Community Standards processes, procedures, and programs; solicits input from community members, including students, on annual policy review, development, and revision- Maintained up-to-date documentation of systems and protocols in Community Standards & Accountability for training purposes- Reviewed, revised, and disseminated the Student Handbook, which outlines the code of conduct for all Curry College students, updating policies and procedures in accordance with legal and policy developments at the state and national level as needed- Served on the College’s Behavioral Intervention Team and in the Administrator on call rotation.

- Coordinated student conduct case management and training with Residential Life Hearing Officers- Partnered with Director of Public Safety and Director of Title IX Compliance to address campus concerns- Collaborated with other administrators while serving on the College's Care (Behavior Intervention) Team- Assisted in updating the Community Standards and Student Conduct System to meet industry standards- Developed On-Call Protocols for the Student Affairs On-Call System- Assisted with the integration of the Star Rez Conduct Module

- Directed the Office of Campus Living, including the direct supervision of 3 mid-level managers and indirect supervision of entry-level professionals. Proposed and executed a departmental re-organization in Summer 2017. - Served on the senior leadership staff for the Division of Student Affairs and developed strategic goals and tactical solutions to address campus trends and challenges. - Coordinated off-site housing for 200 students at a local hotel and local townhouses - Implemented Head RA positions to provide leadership growth opportunities for Resident Assistants- Collaborated with Vice President for Enrollment, Registrar, and the Director of Student Financial Services to create opportunities to streamline communication, holds, and processes- Partnered with Office of Student Success to develop a hybrid position between Residence Life and Academic Advising- Facilitated the annual review and revision of the Student Handbook and departmental policies and procedures, including a full revision to the Student Conduct Process in January 2018 with the Director of Community Standards- Served on the College’s CARE (Behavioral Intervention) Team- Taught a section of the College’s first year seminar course for two semesters
