Site and infrastructure design, procurement, and construction for deployment of EmergencyTrauma Field Hospital (EFH) to Nineveh Plains during 2016 offensive to retake Mosul from ISIS. EFH was shipped by air from U.S. in partnership with WHO and included operating theatres and fortifications. After arriving by air, hospital was operational within two weeks.

Managed 18 staff, security, program design, rapid center construction, including medicalclinic design and procurement, and electronic medical records system implementation. Also managed H/R process and hiring of all 50 staff.

Represented cases at UNHCR in Cairo, including victims of trafficking, SGBV survivors, and conscientious objectors, among others. Interviewed asylum seekers and recorded testimony, formulated legal arguments advocating refugee status recognition and special protection thresholds.

Managed RSD schedules, including schedule for vulnerable cases (medical cases, victims of trafficking, unaccompanied minors, protection, durable solutions, exclusion, and others). Also responsible for case research, COI, and aiding in determinations. Worked full-time while simultaneously completing M.A. coursework.
