Account Manager
Current- Serve as the primary contact for quoting, scheduling, and job coordination for any project in the United States for 10 different accounts to improve their overall customer experience.
- Collect all reports and customer deliverables from our field team and ensure that they are distributed to our customers in a timely manner.
- Advocate for my clients and work with internal departments such as Accounts Receivable, Collections, Compliance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure that their needs are understood and satisfied.
- Support incoming customer communications and requests via telephone, email, web, and text.
- Work with the customer service team to coordinate job requests in a manner congruent with the needs of our customers and field team members.
