Operations Manager
Current- Serve as member of Leadership Team with other department heads and ED for strategic planning and fielding organizational tasks and objectives.- Manage organizational expenses for programs, development, and general operating with bookkeeper in accordance with budget.- Lead device management for Digital Dividends program including inventory, repairs, and device tracking.- Fulfill supplies requests from program managers in a timely manner.- Lead benefits administration for full time staff members and new employees. - Manage business accounts with vendors and contracted employees.- Assist development team with regular fundraising efforts including campaigns, acknowledgements, and cultivation efforts.- Co-lead events with development team for fundraising, community relations, and stewardship purposes.
