I'm currently enrolled in the Dog Tag Bakery Fellowship, a living business certification program for veterans, where I am gaining the tools, skills, and network that I need to be part of a new vanguard of business owners who seek to put people and community over profits. I will achieve this by opening a quick-service breakfast joint in my neighborhood of Uptown, Chicago that will focus on bringing the highest quality and freshest coffee, bagels, and donuts served to you by profit-sharing, unionized, happy staff.
