In my role as Trade Development Manager and Trade Show Manager at Streamline Group, I successfully optimized in-market merchandising and coordinated major trade events. I also led new client acquisition, onboarding, and portfolio expansion through national promotional campaigns. With a $1 million+ trade show budget, I executed all elements of over 50 trade shows, including but not limited to space acquisition, design, logistics, strategic planning, staffing, and ROI tracking.

Designed and implemented merchandising plans for Streamline products in convenience and large chain market sectors. Strategized growth initiatives to expand business reach and increase product visibility at the retail level. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of merchandising strategies.

Set a record year for total portfolio product sales in the state of Colorado by increasing sales more than 150% year over year. Participated in the significant lobbying effort to defeat the proposed 2022 Colorado flavored vaping ban, an effort that became successful as it was defeated late in the legislative session

Generated over $2,000,000 dollars in revenue during 2021. Managed and optimized P&L to maximize profitability. Developed training programs for every work group. Implemented systems to reduce loss and increase profit. Managed team of 50+ employees understanding individual needs.

Oversight of $250,000 worth of production monthly. Tasked with improving labor versus output efficiency. Set up new manufacturing facility and managed a start-up team of specialists.

Only bartender for 120-140 guests in a fast paced, high volume environment. Developed alcohol training programs for serving staff Created bar knowledge training modules for the corporation, used nationally.

Special event bartender for guest counts ranging from 80-200. Had to plan and coordinate a different bar set up every day, as the client provided all alcohol for the events. High volume setting during post-ceremony and post-dinner rushes. Provided excellent food service throughout three course meals.

Handled initial appearances in court for clients that qualified for the public defender. Negotiated plea deals when in the best interest of the client and constructed bail arguments for those looking to proceed to trial. Worked both with clients in and out of custody who were facing misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor, or felony charged.

Working with students throughout the admissions process from original contact to enrollment. Working with inquiries of differing interest levels and also with students who call the school directly. Server: Fine dining service experience in a $1000+ sales an evening restaurant. Extensive knowledge of the wine list and menu. Most scheduled server at the restaurant and over 19 percent tip average before tip out.

Worked with 10-12 children daily taking them through camp activities and helping them grow and develop. Helped develop leadership, team-building, and communication skills.Worked to increase membership sales as well as helping members with any questions or concerns.
