I act as a strategic partner within the Solutions Engineering team to understand, configure, and communicate the value of the Anthology, Inc. suite of products to Higher Education institutions. I add value throughout the sales process through requirements analysis, value assessments, solution development, tailored product demonstrations, and finally in the transition to professional services to ensure our clients are successful.Additionally, I am responsible for: · Communicating the value of the Anthology suite of products through in-depth product demonstrations in enterprise-level B2B and Higher Education SaaS sales processes· Using deep industry knowledge to drive thought leadership, understand customer needs, and articulatetechnology/product positioning through storytelling and deep-dive solution demonstrations· Leading and managing technical information gathering, analysis, and presentation to support ongoingsales and expansion efforts· Managing and delivering training exercises for global sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead conversion across all markets· Maintaining extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform functionality, Azure cloud systems, and of proprietary applications to provide technical expertise to both internal teams and potential clients· Working collaboratively with the Anthology proposal team to produce high-quality RFP responses,serving as a technical expert on both product functionality and system architecture.

I serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of member campuses using products in the Anthology solution ecosystem. Clients rely on me to have deep knowledge of current issues & trends in the Higher Education landscape and offer individualized solutions for their campus that leverage the Anthology toolset. I develop proactive strategies to audit and strengthen product adoption amongst our member base, often resulting in in-person or virtual training and consultation sessions.Additionally, I am responsible for:· Serving as the primary point of contact for a 100+ client portfolio of strategic clients using products inthe Anthology SaaS ecosystem, with a focus on auditing and strengthening product adoption.· Utilizing my expertise in Salesforce/Gainsight tools to manage ongoing relationships with key clients while always meeting KPIs for up/cross-sell and evaluating portfolio risks in an effort to strategically mitigate account turnover.· Leveraging comprehensive product knowledge to develop and deliver training sessions for campus staffon topics ranging from assessment, engagement strategies, and product usage.· Working directly with client partners to conduct on-site educational sessions and executive briefings,with the goal of enhancing product value and growing on-campus employee technical aptitude.· Supporting greater divisional efforts to drive expansion revenue via lead generation and referencecultivation

• Plays a leadership role in strategic planning, program review, and assessment strategies for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life & CSU Student Resolution Center• Acts in decision-making and leadership capacity in the absence of the OFSL Director• Serves as conduct liaison between OFSL and SRC. Direct student organization conduct policy, protocol, and processes for both offices• Reviews and makes recommendations/edits related to the Student Conduct Code specifically connected to student organization conduct • Provides leadership as the chair of the Lead Team to make critical decisions related to student organization conduct processes. Manage ongoing student organization conduct caseload. Ensures timely follow-up on each case and maintains open communication with impacted campus partners• Recruits, trains, and delivers professional development opportunities to the University Investigation Team, which investigates alleged student organization misconduct in a timely way• Manages the student organization investigation process. During this process, Zach compiles and analyzes information gathered to successfully determine next steps for an organization in the conduct process• Serves as a member of the campus-wide Hazing Committee representing OFSL and SRC and uses data to strategize implementation of campus-wide effective hazing prevention initiatives for student organizations (to include National Hazing Prevention Week programming) • Serves as a university hearing officer and monitors student compliance with all discipline conditions and sanctions imposed through the student conduct process• Trains and advises the All University Hearing Board (AUHB), which adjudicates the Student Conduct Code. Trains and advises the Fraternity and Sorority Joint Judicial Board (JJB), which adjudicates the Fraternity and Sorority Joint Policy on Risk Management

• Develops assessment tools to improve the Student Life experience, while ensuring Student Life offices integrate CAS professional standards in their practice and policy.• Designs and coordinates the Freshman Residential Experience, colloquially known as "Mondays in Maurelian", a year-long series of programs and speakers designed to improve student acclimation to campus and increase retention.• Maintains departmental budgets.In addition to his new responsibilities, Zachary continues to be responsible for the following:• Developing and overseeing on-campus programming for residential and commuterstudent populations.• Supervising all branches of the Student Government Association, including the on-campus programming board.• Advises and coordinates all IFC, NPC, and NPHC Greek Letter Organizations present on campus.• Utilizes assessment protocols to improve the quality and accessibility of Student Life programming.• Serving as supervisor for undergraduate and professional staff.• Maintaining and developing an on-campus residence hall in a live-on capacity.
