• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the efficiency and quality of EIC operations. • Use the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for continuous improvement.• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for EIC operations.• Provide expertise on Process Flow PLC / Automated Systems to improve efficiency for the VP of Operations.

• Design and develop control systems for industrial processes and machinery, Allen Bradley/Rockwell. • Program and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs) using RSLogix / Studio. • Develop and maintain control system documentation, such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and control narratives.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for control systems and related equipment for all WPA facilities. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in control system technology and industry standards, and provide. recommendations for improvements to existing systems i.e. obsolete hardware. • Provide training to operators and maintenance staff on control system operation and maintenance.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems. • Maintain and calibrate various types of instruments, including pressure, temperature (RTD), and flow meters.• Read and interpret electrical and instrumentation schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.• Test and analyze electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment to identify faults and malfunctions.• Assist Control Engineers with Capital Projects.
