Founded on the basis of providing elite level multiplatinum music producers and artists with corporate structuring, financial advice, and strategic planning. Created partnerships with major record labels, which lead to several successful business ventures. Worked on production and sold rights of a comedy film to Netflix. Created and sold sponsorship rights for new releases on SoundCloud. Expanded clients paid appearances to unique venues (i.e. NBA All Star Weekend). Negotiated clients’ contracts for an equity stake with corporate sponsors.Dark Night EntertainmentEstablished an elite entertainment promotional company through networking, marketing, and building professional relationships in the community, while managing a fifty person staff. Introduced big data to promotions business by developing a substantial database in order to create better targeting. Leased proprietary database to platinum music artists for targeted music release promotion and to major corporations for event promotion.

Analyzed response rates to improve profitability of the marketing plan’s bottom line. Wrote research report to support the need to refocus marketing efforts from paper magazine subscribers to digital subscribers in order to maximize revenue from advertisers.
