My work with IT@Bennington included building 3D modelling capabilities using a technique known as photogrammetry. I was responsible for researching the needs of and thereafter designing a 3D modelling studio for use with photogrammetry and other modelling techniques. I worked with a colleague to develop protocols of best practice for generating 3D digitized models. My team and I used them to generate models of work held in the Usdan Gallery to publicise work not on exhibition and to give access to those who can't visit the Gallery.My work has also included planning and co-teaching a tutorial of 12 students and faculty on 3D model creation to generate interest and investigate how 3D modelling can be integrated into their work. I worked with the Robert Frost Museum to generate models of artifacts and spaces not available to the public.
