I am a client advocate with experience both in client-facing services as well as customer satisfaction. My expertise is focused on direct communication with the customers via emails and phone calls. Through these communications, I anticipate the needs of my customers as outlined initially through the services we provide at my company while being flexible when special needs cases arise.Working with data has allowed me to learn and adapt to many software applications to better connect and aid my clients. Through that adaptation, I can catch problems early and navigate potential pitfalls to fulfill client goals. I know both how to lead and also work well with groups towards a long-term goal.As an English major, I have the communication skills and flexibility to work one-on-one and in groups to ensure the completion of goals.
