CurrentTendering Engineer – Power Systems- Thoroughly understand customer specifications and engage with relevant manufacturers and SMEs to produce commercial and technical offer documents for electrical distribution projects.- Undertake relevant self-paced learning modules for core Power Systems technologies including RM6 and SM6 switchgear, Canalis and I-Line busducts, and GMX and Trihal transformers.Project Engineer – Western Sydney Airport HV Energisation Project- Assist with the commissioning of eighteen 33kV substations, performing hands-on testing and troubleshooting of MiCOM and P3 protection relays installed within CBGS-0 switchgear.- Perform secondary injection testing using Omicron’s suite of hardware and software to ensure correct functioning of protection relays.Connected Services Engineer – Industrial Automation- Regularly engage with engineers to triage incoming and outstanding customer issues on JIRA.- Develop an efficient Python web-scraping script that reduces the time taken to create customer product notification documents from one day to 25 minutes.- Programmatically produce graphics in Tableau of SLA metrics captured using JIRA’s REST API, to present to relevant stakeholders.- Create a business case and project timeline for a predictive analytics project, to provide condition-based monitoring of equipment for a WWW customer.- Author preventative maintenance reports, SAT documents, and procedure documentation for relevant internal and customer projects.
