The Medical Team, Inc. is a privately-held health care company providing a wide array of home healthcare services including personal care services (private duty), home health care, hospice care, catastrophic care, and rehab. We have the privilege of taking great care of our patients across 17 locations in LA, MI, VA, and TX. I market and consult with patients and their families in the West Michigan region, as well as manage and develop three other representatives that cover Eastern Michigan.

As the VP of Business Development and Client Experience at Foxbright, I will be leading the revenue generation by helping more schools and school districts elevate their sense of community and school pride among their students and families. Using our turn-key Content Management System (CMS) and app, schools will be able to spend more time with their students and less time working on their website. We will continue to bolster the success of our 20+ year proprietary SaaS product by increasing our client engagement. Responsible for hiring new employees by posting job openings on job boards, holding interviews, selecting candidates, and training new hires. Created and implemented new employee handbook. Represented Pallets in various downtown advancement associations to strengthen relationships with surrounding community and local business owners. Maintained high levels of guest satisfaction by creating memorable and individually unique guest experiences. Innovated the bar experience by creating a new and exciting drink menu. Assisted with the development and execution of a new employee training program to enhance the knowledge, consistency, and service among bartenders.
