    I made the transition from working directly with consumers on the B2C insurance relationship to now advising agents and agency owners. My focus is on helping these agencies achieve their growth goals through various channels, that fit their company goals and objectives. The modern insurance agency looks much different than how most looked even 5 years ago. The pandemic forced the insurance industry to catch up with technology which also lead to many agents and advisors looking to get out of the industry or retire due to all of the changes. Many of these business owners were great agents and advisors, but did not have a succession plan in place for their business. Due to this, it created another need within our industry that had not been previously addressed, which was a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions of insurance agencies and the Books of Business owned by agents and agencies. There has also been an increase in new agents coming into the industry and looking at how to build and scale an insurance agency using technology and marketing strategies that have had success in other industries and can now be applied to the insurance industry. My goals are to leverage my experience working in the industry with my passion for technology, professional development, agency growth, sales training, and recruiting.I have worked as a field agent knocking doors with direct mail leads, called on mailers to run in-home appointments, ran a traditional "Brick-and-Mortar" office where clients come to us, been an agent and worked in leadership within call center environments, and I helped many agents learn and develop skills for selling over video chat as the pandemic demanded due to my time working with clients virtually prior to the pandemic.
