Responsible for supporting the global sales force in positioning Emerson and AspenTech software offerings as a part of process automation engagements. Responsible for global Performance Software sales of simulation, alarm management and advanced process control. Oversee sales teams across a matrixed global organization consisting of 7 world area sales leaders responsible for a $14M business. Guide AspenTech sales and product marketing strategy as an Alliance partner pre and post M&A. Upskilled and expanded the Performance Software business globally, achieving >20% YoY bookings growth outside of North America by more than doubling our global alarm management business.

Managed the sales and business development teams across the Americas consisting of 5 reports. Aligned regional sales strategies and reporting procedures to meet S&OP targets.
