Have ownership of technical deployment and project manage delivery of registration /marketing integrations and enterprise app distribution, including monitoring progress and release schedules. Collaborate with technical points of contact and third party vendors to communicate the capabilities of their systems and identify the problem that can be solved by creating an integration into the DoubleDutch Platform. Oversee and implement on planning with the Sales and Account Management Departments to define scope of work and manage this throughout the project delivery related to enterprise technical issues. The position required one to identify and resolve problems within the infrastructure of app & integration build that would be custom for each client. That required one to think quickly and adapt to the issue and propose changes.

Lead as the primary staff person responsible for all aspect of the Komen Phoenix Race for the Cure® & Komen Southern Arizona Race for the Cure. Develop a Peer-to-Peer fundraising plan that generated of over $275,000 in personal donations. Collaborate with Teams, Sponsor, and Top Individual fundraisers to create recruiting and fundraising plans that work best for their needs. Worked directly with the Development Department to assist with selling cash and in-kind sponsorship of over $350,000. Implement on Sponsorship packages that were directly related to the event, while meeting the marketing needs of the sponsors & the organization. Oversee the logistics, coordination, and space planning of vendors, government municipalities, and sponsors, while adapting to changing needs from all parties involved. Collaborate with a volunteer committee of 40 individuals that assisted in the implementation of all aspects of the event. Plan and implement recruitment tactics for the event, while being about to change plans given registration numbers to help see an increase in numbers. Serve as the main point of contact for all crisis managements situations and serve as the media representative in time of need. In addition I developed and planned all communications for the affiliate with website management, social media, and email campaigns. Took the initiative to manage database systems of over 220,000 constituents in Blackbaud (Convio CMS, TeamRaiser, Luminate Online) and Salesforce.
