Working as Lead Videographer and Editor, I help create marketing videos for the company and teaching/training lessons for internal and external use by counselors and teachers. I also work with outside companies that wish to come in and use our studios and equipment to film their own projects/videos as well.

I have been freelancing with companies in and around the Tri-state area since 2011. In these positions, I would use my skills to help them film and finish their project to a point where it was what they had envisioned and was able to be released. These projects included commercials, music videos, short films and promos.• Some companies I’ve worked with: NBC TELEMUNDO, THE MOVING PICTURE INSTITUTE, LAIKA COME HOME, GREEN CANVAS PRODUCTIONS, HOLLOW TREE FILMS • I have experience working with numerous types/brands of cameras such as those from Canon (C100/C300), Arri (Alexa), RED (Epic/Scarlet), Sony (F3/F5), and Blackmagic (Ursa/4k).• The projects I’ve worked on have been very well received. One, a short film called “Morning After Midnight” that I was Cinematographer on, later won a film festival in Brooklyn, NY. I also worked on promos for the 2016 Rio Olympics for Telemundo and worked in multiple roles as part of the production of the worldwide hit indie film "The Velocipastor" (2019).

Working as part of Telemundo’s Creative Services team, I shot and edited promos for the company and their different programs, including popular morning show “Acceso Total”. In these shoots, I used cameras such as the Canon C100, 5D Mark III and Standard ENG camera and edited using AVID Media Composer.

As part of the film academy’s busy editing lab, I helped teach students about professional editing programs such as AVID Media Composer, Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro. I also transferred film for editing purposes and helped both students and teachers edit their projects, many of which were shot on a wide array of cameras.• I was required to know multiple video editing programs inside and out for teaching purposes, including the above mentioned as well as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Davinci Resolve.

I operated the main camera during live sports and news broadcasts for the station and also edited footage for their segments as well. I worked both solo and as part of a team and covered sports as diverse as football, car racing, field hockey and basketball. As part of my duties, I also drove the equipment truck to and from shoots.• I started out as main camera operator on the sports crew and was promoted to also be graphics operator after a few months. I also was a main ‘in field’ camera operator for filming car racing at local tracks.
