Led and trained team of 30 Soldiers, coordinating and executing all aspects of training resulting in a deployment readiness rate of 94%. Through this training, my team and I created a Standard Operating Procedure that was eventually adopted by senior leadership for the larger 1,000-Soldier organization. During this role I was also responsible for maintenance and accountability for vehicles, weaponry and technology valued at over $2 million with zero reported losses.

Led 10 Soldier team responsible for planning and resourcing the training of the 1,000-Soldier organization, coordinating all logistical and staffing needs for events ranging from large scale combat operation exercises to sexual harassment and equal opportunity courses. In preparation for deployment, I also planned and executed significant weapons training and qualification events for the larger 5,000-Soldier brigade resulting in a 100% weapons readiness rate across the organization. During that deployment I served as a battlefield manager, ensuring the proper and timely dissemination and collection of information across a 310-mile front.

Led 4 person team responsible for planning and supervising individual training and development of approximately 180 new Soldiers. Streamlined administrative processes resulting in a 15% decrease in all administrative action timelines.

As an intern, I worked with one of the partners of the firm on multiple employment disputes. I was able to participate in both mediations and litigations, conducting research for a number of cases and sitting in on various legal proceedings. As the social media intern for this organization, I was able to gain large amounts of social media and public relations experience. I was tasked with increasing member subscription to the organization's social media outlets, allowing me to gain exposure to brand building techniques and public relations. Through my weekly presentations to the executive board, I was able to fine tune my public speaking skills and experience the ways in which an executive boardroom operates.
