Managed a team of talented software engineers that design and implement solutions using Microsoft CRM technology to meet the ever-evolving company needs. Our CRM platform is a swiss army knife of tools ranging from project management, to customer service, to an internal helpdesk, all contributing to the success of Crown Castle. Additionally, I was responsible for ensuring SOX compliance with several key IT controls.
