To learn more about Aerotek and see a complete list of our locations, visit our website at www.aerotek.com.Our mission is to bring great people and great organizations together. • Perform full cycle recruiting • Source and recruit applicants through a variety of resources such as Aerotek’s internal database (Recruiter WorkSpace), LinkedIn, Indeed, and Career Builder• Prioritize client requirements, delegate requirements to recruiting team, and act as main point of contact to the client • Establish and maintain relationships with the client to identify future hiring opportunities• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality candidates • Work directly with all recruiting and customer support resources to ensure that the clients’ hiring needs and the contract employees’ expectations are met

• Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates• Determine and understand customers’ staffing requirements• Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with customers’ requirements• Identify, select and recommend the best candidate for the client requirement • Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment with candidates• Maintain industry contacts to gain knowledge and obtain sales leads• Manage and supervise current contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement employees
