Assistant Store Manager
Current- Assist in managing all aspects of store operations including customer service, inventory management, sales, and employee performance training for the most profitable store out of roughly 180 stores in the company
- Manage eight employees of diverse backgrounds and varying ages
- Generate deadline-driven weekly reports involving various metrics including inventory, workflows, payroll, and sales performance
- Implement merchandising strategies related to receiving inventory, shopping visibility, pricing, and customer relations
- Coordinate customer deliveries, employee scheduling, outreach events, and pet adoption and rescue donation drives
- Collaborate with management on hiring practices, SOPs, team meetings, and interviews
