Duties include: ● Work closely with the executive management team to develop recruiting strategies. Prioritize team resources and manage performance metrics to achieve hiring targets and optimize client and candidate experience.● Lead seven client accounts simultaneously resulting in $1.2+ Million in revenue annually ● Build and deliver applicant pipelines, lead planning/executing strategy, and influence leaders and partners to drive toward recruiting goals● Work with recruiters daily to understand client requirements and think outside the box to provide tips and techniques for finding qualified candidates.● Provide hiring authorities guidance on market size and salary estimations and overcome challenges. ● Maintain relationships with clients ● Create Excel activity reports which track candidate’s status, update clients and facilitate billing.

Duties include: ● Supervise a team of recruiters.● Responsible for personnel management ● Train employees: Developed technical training material, led entry level recruiters through training as well as supported weekly on-going training for entire company.

Duties include: ● Serve as liaison to clients and manage recruiting activities for their accounts● Set client expectations by providing guidance on technical skill sets, market size and salary ranges● Create and maintain relationships with clients● Hold weekly activity report meetings to track candidates’ statuses, update clients and manage billing

Conferenced in on any technical requirement to provide technical guidance and market size. ● Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.● Serve as the company’s subject matter expert for security clearances and VISA’s.
