I work directly under the Director of Experiential Learning for BYU. In this role I create, distribute, and analyze 360-degree feedback surveys three times a semester for 450 students and 16 internship supervisors. I also train 16 internship supervisors weekly on how to be more effective communicators, helping those supervisors achieve an average 98%.

Each semester, I supervise the work and learning of seven student internship teams, leading to a 97% approval rating from the sponsor companies. I mentor 25 students each semester on conflict resolution, leadership, and project management skills, consistently earning the top rating possible of these abilities.
