I am a recent Environmental Science graduate from Trent University. I have had the opportunity to work at many small-scale local restaurants in Ontario. I am constantly looking to expand my knowledge on food, food systems, and food business through experience and literature. Currently, I work as a line cook at the first zero-waste kitchen in Kingston, Ontario, Miss Bao Kitchen and Cocktails. There, I have the incredible opportunity to combine my degree with my passion for working events with farm-to-table concepts and for a company that acts as a business as well as a social enterprise constantly working to better the community around them. Additionally, I am a ghostwriter with experience writing meaningful and engaging content for brands ranging from threads on X, website articles, or short-form email courses, helping businesses connect better with their ideal consumers or increase profits and acquisition through click funnels. I can offer specific expertise in the hospitality, food business, and environmental industries, but am able to adapt to deliver tailored solutions to any unique industry.

    I spent my summers between school semesters working at a grill-style restaurant in Algonquin Park.
