This Regional Advisory Consultant interacts with financial advisors, office managers, back office contacts, and other financial professionals to provide unparalleled service in the marketing, sale, and distribution of CIM’s real estate investment products. This role requires the ability to identify investment objectives; match needs profile to appropriate products and effectively describe features and benefits. Responsible for cultivating existing leads and building the relationship between CIM’s external wholesalers and registered representatives. Makes a significant contribution to the region's achievement of sales objectives as part of a cohesive team.

Partner with external wholesalers to provide industry education and appointment scheduling through phone and email communications to assist financial advisors in serving their clients’ real estate investment needs.Responsibilities include:o Educate financial advisors on Cole Capital’s investment programs through phone conversations and email campaigns. o Manage external wholesaler’s calendar and schedule territory meetings with advisors and clients as appropriate.
